Slack agent

Works where your customers already live

Your team already answers the same technical questions in the Slack Connect channels you share with each customer. Put an agent in the channel. It answers from that channel’s own history and pulls in your experts when the answer is not there.

Nothing for your customer to install or sign up for.

How it works

One agent per customer channel

The agent is scoped to one customer’s channel and replies in the thread. You choose which of your systems it can read, and you write the scenarios it handles.

  • Answers from the channel. It draws on that channel’s history and your connected knowledge, so the customer gets a grounded answer instead of “let me check and get back to you.”
  • Checks your experts privately. When it needs internal context it asks your support engineers out of band and brings back only the answer, which is there the next time someone asks.
  • Redacts before it posts. Every reply runs through your rules first. Secrets and internal detail are blocked or redacted.

The thread from the top of this page, played back as it happened.

Setting it up

Your own agent in an afternoon

Connect Slack, pick the channels, and point the agent at your knowledge. One agent per customer, so one account’s history never shows up in another’s channel. Microsoft Teams is coming.

How the platform enforces it

Pay for the tokens your agents use. No per-seat, per-customer, or per-channel fee. We help set the agent up in your shared channels and tune it on your real traffic. Workspace creation and payment registration carry no initial charge. Provider-backed usage is billed as you go.

Get started

Put an agent in your customer channels

Bring one shared customer channel, and we will show you where the agent answers on its own and where it hands off to your team.

Calls are with a founder, not a sales team.
